The encoded message is transmitted to the receiver through a channel or medium. In this process, the sender forms a message and encodes it into words or symbols. The communication process refers to the stages through which the message passes from the sender to the receiver. Therefore, communication is what the receiver understands, but not what the sender conveys. There is no communication until the information is received, read and understood by the employee in the same sense and in the same meaning at the other end.
